  • radPoint™️ is designed for final-year surveying students and recent graduates (within 12 months) based in London or the Home Counties, who are ready to launch their careers in the consultancy side of the construction industry.

  • No – GradPoint is completely free to attend. All you need to do is apply and secure your place. Lunch and refreshments are also provided.

  • GradPoint will be held in London. The final venue will be confirmed by email closer to the event date.

  • The event runs from 9:30am to 4:30pm on Friday 12th September 2025. Please aim to arrive between 9:00am and 9:15am for check-in and introductions.

  • You don’t have to bring anything - we’ll provide everything you need for the day, including materials, lunch and refreshments. Just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to participate.

  • You’ll take part in job-specific tasks and real-world scenarios, listen to advice from experienced professionals, meet working graduates, and have time to ask questions and build your knowledge.

  • Yes - by the end of the day, up to 5 graduates will be selected for employment. Even if you're not selected, you'll be signed up with Construction Professionals HR & Recruitment and supported in finding your ideal role. No-one is left behind.

  • Spaces are limited to ensure everyone gets the most out of the day. We’ll be selecting around 20 motivated and committed candidates to take part.

  • Smart casual is ideal. You don’t need to dress corporate, but you should feel confident, comfortable, and presentable.

  • After GradPoint™️, you’ll continue to receive support from CPR. Whether you're offered a role on the day or not, we’ll help you progress in your career through introductions, job matching, and ongoing career guidance.
