We’re now hosting private GradPoint™ events for surveying firms looking to bring in a graduate intake this year.

If you're ready to take a smarter, simpler approach to graduate recruitment - we'd love to help.

  • We work with you to understand your business, your hiring goals, and the kind of graduates you’re looking for. Then we invite up to 20 carefully selected graduate surveyors to attend a one-day event tailored around your company. You’ll observe candidates through structured activities that we help you create, and informal discussions, and at the end of the day, you select who you’d like to offer roles to - up to 5 graduates.

  • You can put together quizzes, case study group exercises and tests based on the work that you do, to then assess how they perform. We can help you put these together so that they are working throughout the day.

  • We do that for you. Construction Professionals HR & Recruitment manages all graduate outreach, applications, and pre-screening. We only invite motivated, qualified candidates with the right attitude and career focus. You can also review final attendees before the event.

  • It’s more efficient and effective to have 2-3 senior/associate surveyors who can assess, and 1-2 existing graduates who can share their own story and progress.

  • The day is designed to show you more than just a CV ever could. It includes:

    • Real-world tasks relevant to your sector

    • Group and individual activities

    • Observation and feedback opportunities

    • Informal networking over lunch and breaks

    • A structured yet relaxed environment where you can assess personality, initiative, and team fit

  • Absolutely. This is your event, and we’ll tailor the format, structure, and messaging to reflect your company culture, values, and goals. GradPoint becomes an extension of your employer brand.

  • We recommend selecting up to 5 graduate hires from each event. This number is ideal for group onboarding and future progression planning - giving you a consistent intake who can grow together within your business.

  • The cost is significantly lower than hiring multiple graduates through traditional recruitment methods. You’ll only pay for the delivery of the event and a reduced placement fee for those you choose to hire — no upfront agency costs or long processes. We’ll happily walk you through the pricing structure in a short call.

  • Once you’ve selected your preferred candidates, we help you onboard and you can enter into our Staff Retention Programme. For those not selected, CPR continues to support them in finding roles with other clients, helping everyone move forward.
