Meet Dee, the founder…
I cut my teeth in the construction industry, consultancy side. I entered as an office junior over 40 years ago and have moved through the ranks, managing Admin, HR including technical recruitment and selection, staff and leadership training and much more.
My career path has transitioned and developed from head of admin, practice management, holding senior positions through to Associate, and ultimately business owner to a leading UK multi-disciplinary consultancy.
I’ve experienced recruitment from the client side and I felt compelled to serve the industry with a talent sourcing partnership, leading with integrity.
Myself and the team are more than recruiters. I have created our Staff Retention Programme - where we provide resources for your new recruits - whether we place them or not, and bespoke leadership training and coaching.
I’ve also created GradPoint™, specifically for consultancies who commit to graduate intakes.
I am heavily invested in supporting industry professionals, because I understand the challenges faced when trying to get the right resourcing at the right price, and nothing helps an organisation grow more than staff retention.
I’m passionate about equality and diversity, done the right way.
I know the pressures the industry is under, particularly with regard to hiring women. My passion has driven me to create a CPD Accredited Course to help industry leaders recruit with confidence, without the pressures or need to count numbers and tick boxes, but by employing the right person for the job - every time.
