A programme designed for construction professionals who have graduate intakes, or for those considering.

This can be a costly (and fruitless) exercise and our programme does the heavy lifting for you.

We source and select graduates who fit your requirements
We provide a training venue to host a full day event
We design a day that enables you to observe and assess each graduate, which has proved better than a 1 hour interview.

Our programme has shown to be the most efficient way to get talented graduates into organisations without the cost, and with greater retention.
